Frequently Asked Questions
How is it best to contact you?
You can use the Contact Page, e-mail or telephone. All our contact details are listed on the contact page. If you give as much detail as possible, this will speed up your query. We can then arrange a time for a free consultation if you so wish.
What happens at the free initial consultation?
Pets, especially Dogs and Cats will be observed. Discussions are made about your requirements such as dates and details of your Pets Requirements are made, for the records, so we know exactly what they need
What days of the week are your services available?
We work 365 Day aYear! Christmas and New Year – These are Charged at 50% Extra – Dates of 24th, 25th, 26th 31st December & 1st 2nd January
What will you do if my Pet becomes ill?
We will contact you immediately or a family/relative contact number agreed by you. A form is Signed by you at The Consultation which gives us The Authority To Seek Medical Advice from your Vet. This is called a Veterinary Release Form. We cannot make any bookings without this.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Dogs most certainly do and proof will be required. All other Pets we recommend speaking to your Vet about prior to booking.
Will you provide the Food?
We can do but would have to add this to the cost of your bill at around 30% extra. Also, it really is best to feed all pets on what they are used to so as not to change their diet at all, so we would strongly recommend you provide the food.
How do I pay and when?
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking when we do the Assessment. This may be Cash or Cheque but cheques can only be accepted if the booking is made more than 14 Days before you are due to go away, to allow time to clear. We do apologise for any inconvenience but this is due to a small minority that have caused endless problems in the past. Should this happen, we cannot make a booking or any further bookings at that address. The Balance is due on your return.
